- Jesus can only

- A temptation may be an opportunity

- Satan frequently tries to get us to
take short-cuts to accomplish the Lord’s Will.
- Satan says ‘If God loves you
so much why hasn’t he met your need’.
- The idols/gods we worship today are
money, prestige, power, fame, social acceptance and success.
- The Devil frequently changes his
approaches and adjusts his tactics – unless we have the mobility to
respond to these changes he will quickly trampled us underfoot.
- God wins Victories through our
praise.
- God balances our lives for our good
– so often ‘mountain top’ experiences lead to ‘valley’ ones (or the
other way around)
- ‘Tact’ is frequently nothing but
the moral counterpart of hypocrisy.(Oswald Chambers)
- Adaptability is the power to make a
suitable environment for yourself out of any set of circumstances.
- Pain is essential for growth in
Christ.
- If prosperity is the Blessing of
the Old Testament, adversity is the Blessing of the New Testament.

– He is the Gospel -

- Study of God’s Word results in
knowledge about God. Obedience to God’s Word results in
knowledge of God.

church . . . . the church needs to change and treat them as ‘angels in
disguise’ not as ‘refuse’.
