Seek God and you
will find Him,
for God is everywhere.
He is on the mountaintops'
you're sure to find Him there.
But have you thought of looking
upon a city street?
If you search, you'll find His
among the many feet.
In a high-rise block of flats,
or in an ancient slum –
God holds out His hand to you
and says “ I love you - Come .
Come to Me when you're weary.
Come to Me when depressed.
Seek Me and you will find Me,
then I will give you Rest.
In My Word you'll discover
the Way that you should go –
If you heed you'll hear My Voice
whispering soft and low."
The God who cares for sparrows
gives us sunshine and rain –
If you seek you'll find Him,
He'll make Himself quite plain.
He waits to say He loves you.
He waits to say He cares.
Our God, who died on a cross,
Lives- and is everywhere.
